James e Jenis, benvenuti!

Due nuovi scolastici della provincia oblata di Jaffna (Sri Lanka) sono appena sbarcati nel IRS. Entrambi sono nati nello stesso anno (1987), hanno fatto insieme il noviziato a Bandarawela, la Filosofia presso il Seminario Nazionale di Kandy e la Teologia presso il Seminario maggiore di San Francesco Saverio a Jaffna.

I loro nomi sono: Sahayathasan James Surenthirarajah, nato a Thannamunai (Jaffna) e Amirthanathar Siyanstan Jenis nato a Sillalai (Jaffna). La sua lingua madre è tamil; ma parlano anche singalese e inglese e ora hanno cominciato a imparare la lingua del "Bel Canto" per inculturazione in Italia e per poter proseguire gli studi per la licenza in in un'università romana.

A James ama suonare il pianoforte, mentre per Jenis il suo hobby sono i libri.

Dos nuevos escolásticos, procedentes de la provincia oblata de Jaffna (Sri Lanka) acaban de aterrizar en el IRS. Ambos nacieron en el mismo año (1987), juntos hicieron el noviciado en Bandarawela, la Filosofía en el Seminario Nacional de Kandy y la Teología en el Seminario mayor de S. Francisco Javier de Jaffna.

Sus nombres son: Sahayathasan James Surenthirarajah, nacido en Thannamunai (Jaffna) y Amirthanathar Siyanstan Jenis que nació en Sillalai (Jaffna). Su lengua materna es el Tamil; pero hablan también cingalés e inglés y ahora han comenzado a aprender la sonora lengua del “Bel Canto” para inculturarse en Italia y poder seguir sus estudios de licenciatura en una universidad romana.

A James le encanta tocar el piano, mientras que el hobby de Jenis son los libros. ¡

Deux nouveaux scolastiques de la province oblate de Jaffna (Sri Lanka) viennent juste d’atterrir à l'IRS. Tous deux sont nés dans la même année (1987), ils ont fait ensemble le noviciat à Bandarawela, la Philosophie au Séminaire national de Kandy et la Théologie au Grand Séminaire de Saint-François-Xavier à Jaffna.

Leurs noms sont: Sahayathasan James Surenthirarajah, né à Thannamunai (Jaffna) et Amirthanathar Siyanstan Jenis né en Sillalai (Jaffna). Leur langue maternelle est le tamoul; mais ils parlent aussi le cinghalais et l’anglais et maintenant ils ont commencé à apprendre la langue du «Bel Canto» pour l'inculturation en Italie et pour pouvoir suivre leurs études de licence dans une université romaine.

James aime à jouer du piano, tandis que le hobby de Jenis sont des livres.

The two new Scholastics from the Oblate Province of Jaffna (Sri Lanka) have just landed in the Roman International Scholasticate. Both were born in the same year (1987) and together had their Novitiate in Bandarawela, Philosophical studies in the National Seminary, Kandy and theological studies in St. Francis Xavier Major Seminary, Jaffna.

Their names are: Sahayathasan James Surenthirarajah, born in Thannamunai (Jaffna) and Amirthanathar Siyanstan Jenis born in Sillalai (Jaffna). Their mother tongue is Tamil but also speak Sinhala and English and now have commenced their studies in the language “bel canto” for the purposes of enculturation in Italy and obtaining higher degrees in a Roman University. James loves playing the piano and Jenis enjoys reading books very much.
